"Hi, my name is Karl James, owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, TX and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you my creole seafood stew. Now we are going to premix our seasonings that we are going to use. We're going to use a little black pepper, we always use black pepper, a little kosher salt, creole seasonings, ole bay, cayenne pepper (just a little), garlic powder. I get accused of making a lot of hot things, then some dry thyme leaves, and we'll just give it a little mix and there we have it. This is the seasoning mix that we are going to use throughout our dish so let's get started with our next step."
