"Hi, my name is Karl James, owner of Creolesoul Catering located in Round Rock, TX and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you my creole seafood stew. A creole seafood stew, let's look at the ingredients that we are going to need for this. We are going to use some of holy trinity of course which consist of the onion, bell pepper and the celery, we're also going to use some green onions (tops and bottoms), some curly parsley, garlic, Serrano peppers for heat, garlic for heat, sausage, shrimp, scallops, fish. We're going to use catfish you can use orange roughly tilapia, anything kind of mild and sweet. We're using crab, some of the cocktail claws as well as some lump claw meat for that, diced tomatoes, clams, a little bit of tomato paste just for color, seafood broth you can make your own. Just when you're peeling your shrimp keep the shells and the heads and boil those with some airmatics. Like with celery, parsley, onion we are also going to use some olive oil that is going to be used early on with our shrimp, some Worcestershire sauce. Then our seasonings, black pepper, red pepper, Cajun, creole seasonings, thyme leafs, ole bay, anyway we're going to use all of this plus we're going to need a little bit of vegetable oil and a little flour just to make our rue. Like I say its got everything in it so let's get started."
