"Hey guys, my name is J, and I'm talking to you on behalf of Expert Village. Now that I've got all my ingredients into my mashed potatoes and all the steam is basically gone away, as you can tell, I'm going to start mashing. I'm going to use my masher that I've got and I'm just going to completely mash down every little last bit of potatoes here. And basically what you want to do is just try to incorporate all that sour cream, and all that cream cheese, and all that butter, and all those onions, mix them all together completely. If you see that your mashed potatoes are kind of dry, you can always add more butter, you can always add a little milk if you'd like, or add a little more sour cream. All those will make it nice smooth. Scrape the bottom of the pan, get all those onions in there, incorporate them all, just keep on mashing, guys. I'm going to show you what it looks like on the next clip. Thanks for listening. "
