"Hey guys, my name is J, and I'm talking to you on behalf of Expert Village. On this clip I'm going to show you about adding the sour cream. The sour cream is going to take the place of the milk. The milk is usually added in mashed potatoes, as most people do know. But, instead of using milk, I'm going to use sour cream. It's going to give it a nice, rich flavor. It's going to make the potatoes nice and cream. What you want to do is you want to add about two or three big helpings of sour cream in there. I am using light sour cream. You can use the more potent sour cream, which is not the light. I think the light has enough rich flavor to actually do us justice in this little dish we're going to do here. And, you know, if you don't want to use this sour cream you can also use milk if you'd like. I think this is more appropriate, especially since people eat their, for instance, their potatoes with sour cream. Whenever they make a baked potato, they add sour cream most of the time. So that's the reason why we're doing this. We're going to kind of try to imitate that baked potato feel, but it's going to be in our mashed potatoes. So guys, that is it for adding the sour cream to the pot. Thanks."
