"Hi, this is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I’m going to show you how to make Scalloped Potatoes. All right so we’re back, I’m just putting some fresh pepper on top of it. Do a little fresh pepper, nice, going around a couple of times with your fresh pepper. The remaining amount of cheese, that’s why I like to put a little extra amount of cheese. Some people say it only takes a cup and a half, you don’t have to do this, but this is what is going to give it all those crunchies that everyone loves. So I’m just going to put a layer of cheese on the top, and I’m also going to put some Parmesan cheese on top as well. That’s going to give it a little kick of something there, everyone’s going to say hey, what was that? I tasted something different in there. So you do that, you put some Parmesan on top of it, I’m running out of Parmesan, I’ve got to put that on my list. Again, this is a great, great, great dish, side dish; it’s very bodied, very filling and very good. Look at how nice that looks before it goes into the oven. It is going in and it’s Scalloped Potatoes here on Expert Village. It’s going right into the middle of the oven, right into the middle and you’re going to cook it for about forty five to fifty minutes or until everything is brown and everything is bubbling, you’ll know it when you see it. Come back and I’ll show you what it looks like. "
