"Hi! This is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you how to make scalloped potatoes. As this starts up, we are back and you see that it is just starting to thicken. It is just starting to thicken. You are going to want to put about a cup of this sharp Cheddar cheese in. Just sprinkle it all in. You want to get that all melted until it is nice and smooth and everything is perfect. I usually save some of the cheese for the top so that it browns real nice. Everyone likes when the scalloped potatoes have the crunchies they say, the brownness on the top. I also use some Parmesan to get that affect as well. So yoiu are going to add about a cup, cup and half of your cheese and you are just going to stir real slow and you are going to see that it is all going to cook down real nice. It is going to get smooth and the cheese is going to melt and then we will actually start building our casserole dish and pop it into the oven as we make this world's famous. Worlds Famous? I don't know but it is really good. So go home and make these scalloped potatoes. My mom used to makes these for us and we loved it. I'm sure you will too. "
