"Hi! This is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you how to make scalloped potatoes. All right, so we are back and I've got my garlic chopped real fine, real nice and just take it over to my frying pan. You see our garlic is looking good, I mean our onions looking good. Just going to put this garlic right in there with it and we are just going to give it a little shake. You might want to lower your flame at this point and get it on a nice medium to low flame. At this point now, you are going to add some spices. You are going to take a little punch of salt and going to punch of salt; little hand of salt. We are going to get some fresh pepper and going to put some fresh pepper in this nice. You are also going to put some parsley. It is better to use fresh Parsley, a punch of it. I only had dried today so you could substitute dry for the fresh. That is all of your spices. Just give it another second or two and when I come back, we are going to start adding the heavy cream, cheese and can you smell it? Smells good. "
