"Hi! This is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to show you how to make Scalloped Potatoes. I am back. Real simple. Just going to need a casserole dish. I like to when I peel my potatoes, I just put them in a bowl like this just where I can throw them away. I like to do all my cooking right here. Do all my prep work right over here, this small little table. You are going to need an onion and chop it up and so to chop up our onion and garlic, we are going to need a cutting board. Get yourself a good knife. Go out and definitely get yourself a good good knife like this one and it's a good butcher knife to chop up. All you really need besides your casserole dish is, you are going to come over here and need some boiling water. I do have some water boiling and at this point, I am also going to preset my oven to 350 degrees and I am going to put some salt in the water. It is starting to boil now which is good. So as we get our potatoes ready, this will be easier. A little bit of salt in the water. Come back and we'll start making Scalloped Potatoes. "
