Alright scalloped potatoes, let's talk a little bit about scalloped potatoes because they are so good. They are also known sometimes as Au Gratin Potatoes and it is just potato slices with cheese, a little bit of onion, a little bit of garlic and it is cooked in the oven so that the cheese and potatoes all get nice and it comes out like in a casserole dish. You can cut little servings, put it on the plate. It is real easy to make. It is a little more, what it's doing is taking the spud and giving it a little pizazz. Potatoes are great. You can make them so many different ways. Today I am going to show you a nice way to really dress up and have some fun with your potato.
