I have been in the culinary industry for over 13 years and we have made many many dishes. One of my favorite things to make and one of the favorite things that people like to eat that we have made are veggie spring rolls in my catering business we do a lot of hand held and small boutique bites and people really like that it make it a lot more fun for the party, it makes it easier for them to hold a drink on one hand and eat with the other and this is one of our popular items believe it or not and that is the vegetable spring roll with homemade Thai peanut sauce and it is garnish with green onions. So in this series I'm going to show you how to Julienne carrots and julienne the cucumbers as well as prepare the bean sprouts and the cilantro and the rice paper for our vegetables spring rolls. I'm also going to show you how to make a spicy Thai peanut sauce which if you don't like it spicy no problem just leave out the red pepper sauce. "
