"Here's our beautiful full bouquet of vegetable flowers. We have about twenty flowers in this basket and you might want to add a few more little things. Like if you have scallions you can tuck them in for a little more greenness, a little more fullness on the side. You can even use whole scallions that you poke in, and they'll come up and give you a lot more green. You can use some of these nice curly peppers to add a burst of color and a little bit more height to your bouquet. They come in terrific shapes and colors and you can just put in anything that looks great in the market. Now we've completed our beautiful vegetable flower centerpiece and to store it until the event, you want to spritz it with water again, to keep it nice and moist. If you have a clean spray bottle, spritz it with clean water. You spray it all over. Or you can just take a cup of water and spritz around with the water. And then you again, with the bag that we stored it overnight with, we'll just pull that back up over the whole bouquet of flowers. This makes it easy also to travel with it if you're going to transport it to another location. And you just gather that up. You'll need a lot of refrigerator space to hold it but this is, this is the best way to store it. Keeps it nice and moist. And you just unwrap it right before the event."
