"Now I'll show you our kohlrabi. I'm going to set my skewer up again with a nice big carrot. And, for the kohlrabi, we'll go through and look. Now see, I have this petal is nice and floppy, but this is a little firm and thick, so I'm going to set that aside. And you want to kind of sort out your petals to, before you start to make the flower. You want to choose petals that are sort of alike, so that you can, that they have matching petals all around. And so I'm putting some of the thicker ones up here and some of the thin, half ones down here. And then I'll put together a flower. So, you need to use at least five petals, but you can have more. Now I'll show you these are not shaped exact, you know, as nicely as I'd like. So you can use a small scissor to shape your petals and make them all match. I'm going to just shape it in sort of a petal shape, like that. And make them all match. This one's a little bigger, and I'll just cut it in that same shape. And then when you have five or six, seven, it doesn't matter how many petals you use, you want to be creative and make your flowers as pretty as you want. So when you have all your petals laid out, then, again, you want to set them up from larger to smaller. And then make that slice about an inch into each petal."
