"Okay, now when you have your carrot, your final carrot here, this kind of holds all the petals on tightly, the carrot you need. And then you want to add something pretty for this center. I have one of our radish roses that we made and just put that in the center like that. When you completed that flower, we are going to store it in water like this. Have a nice bucket of water and place it upside down in the water. That will help the petals will absorb the water so that when you set it up for display, they are nicely soaked with water. They'll stay fresher longer. So you want to store them in water upside down. Later we will put a scallion on the skewer to hide the skewer and to have a nice green stem. But until then, we will just store them in water upside down like this. "
