"Hi. This is Rich Buccola of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make stuffed jalapeños. Okay, our meat is nice and brown. We're going to remove it, add it to our bowl and go back over and add our cream cheese and our fresh cilantro. Okay, so we're going to just add that to our bowl. Okay, we're back at our table and we're just going to add our cream cheese and our cilantro right to our mix. Alright first thing we're going to do is just add our cilantro right to our mix. Like so. And then we're going to add our cream cheese. Alright we need about two ounces of cream cheese. This was ten ounces so I'm just going to pretty much eyeball it. It doesn't have to be, it isn't rocket science, it doesn't have to be perfect. What you're going to do though then is fold in your mixture of your beef, your lamb, your pork and your garlic and all of that with your cilantro and just mix this all up. So it all is uniform and mixed thoroughly together. Alright. You see everything is thoroughly mixed. That cilantro smells great. The cream cheese is going to give it a nice effect. Let's start stuffing our jalapeño peppers. "
