"Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now we are going to mix the ingredients with the stuffing together and to prepare and put it aside until we have some other things to do with the cabbage before we would be able to stuff it. So we are going to take the grounded chicken that I have here mix it with the rice. Some ingredients call for partially cooked rice. You can use that but none of the ingredients call for a full cooked rice because this is a long cooking and we don't the rice to get over cooked and mushy. So we use non cooked rice. I use half of the paprika that I have here and I'm going to put half of the portion of the onion that I have. The rest of it is going to go to the sauce and mix it once again. Half of the black pepper, 1 egg, the garlic, the mince garlic half of the portion that I have here. Salt and just sprinkle a little bit it is going to be about 1 teaspoon of salt. That is our for our stuffing ready to be put in the cabbage. "
