"Hi This is Richard Buccola of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make stuffed jalapenos. Alright, we're going to add all of our ingredients in our bowl to get our filling ready. I stuff these- I like stuffing them the way I make my meatballs, with pork, veal and beef. Now you can use turkey, you can use regular beef or just lamb, whatever you like anything that is meet that you like that's like ground beef or ground meat. So, I'm going to take a couple of ounces, this is like about a pound. I only need a little bit of this and I'm going to put that in a bowl and I'm going to add our pepper right to the bowl, and I'm going actually start mixing them together to marinating our meat. I'm going to add a little bit more of meat, about two to three ounces of your meat. Okay, we're also going to add some fresh garlic to this, salt, pepper and the cumin and that will be our mixture and then we're going to actually fry it up and get it all nice and brown and we're going to add more things to this to make our filling."
