"Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now we are going to pour the sauce on top of the stuffing. I just wanted to tell that it has to be at least half way covered with the sauce but not covered all the way to top. If it is to much sauce then all the stuff rice is going to go out and it would be mixed with the sauce. If it is to little it is not going to be cooked even. So we are going to, I'm going to pour a little bit on each stuffing just to make sure that you can take the covers from the pepper off. Just to make sure that the sauce goes inside. Inside the pepper and now I'm going to pour the rest inside the pot and it is ready to put on the fire. We are going to put it on a high fire until it boils and then we are going to lower the fire, cover it and let it sit for about 45 minutes to 45 to a hour. If you cook it with meat if the stuffing is cooked with meat the cooking is longer and it takes about a 1 1/2 to cook."
