"Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now we are going to go through the ingredients of the sauce that we are going to make for the stuffed pepper and zucchini. We would need 1 cup of tomato paste, 1 teaspoon of powder garlic or minced garlic it does not matter. If you want to put fresh garlic, you take 1 1/2 cloves and just grate them and we are going to start with 1/2 a teaspoon of black pepper. Then if we need some more, we are going to add some more. We are going to start again with 1 teaspoon of salt and see if it satisfies us if not then we are going to add some more. We are going to need 2 1/2 cups of water and see if it gets to the right level that we need if not we can always add more water to it. Of course, a mixing bowl and a tablespoon to mix. "
