"Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now I'm going to show you how to stuff the zucchini and the pepper. For the pepper we can use a tablespoon and just basically just put the stuffing inside. Because the rice is cooked, some recipes call for a non cooked or partially cooked rice then you don't fill it to the top. But because our's is cooked already, I would put it almost to the top. I just press it a little bit down. I'm going to place it standing up in the pot and cover it with some the top. Now for the zucchini, I'm going to use a teaspoon because they are narrower and they are harder to be stuffed with a tablespoon. So I'm going to use a teaspoon and just pour it in. You see I'm just pressing it to make sure there is no air holes inside and it would be packed nicely. I'm going to put it with the pepper standing up. If you have left over stuffing, it can be eaten as a side dish with meat, the rice is cooked and it is a good side dish next to meat or chicken or fish. We are going to put the last one. You can see that I'm squishing it in cause I'm going to take the last one and just squish it in this way. During cooking when it gets softer, it is going to hold each other still."
