"Hi! This is Rich Buccola of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make stuffed jalapeños. Okay, our hardware. We're going to need some decent hardware, so let me show you what we need. We're going to need a few bowls for our eggs and our bread crumbs and such to dip our jalapeños in. We're going to need a bowl to put our mixture in. This is also one bowl I'm going to use for our Ancho pepper. You actually have to put your Ancho pepper in some hot water to soften it up for about 20 minutes. That would be one of the first things you'd do. You're going to need a spoon to get our stuffing in and stuff our peppers with. I tend to eyeball everything. If you're a first time cook or in the kitchen and don't know how to eyeball stuff, definitely use your measuring cups and measuring spoons. Go out and get yourself a good knife. They pay for themselves. I say it on every video. You don't be eaten in the fast food restaurants. You'll be saving money and you'll have a really good knife. Go out and spend the extra money. It will have for itself. You're going to need a good chopping knife, a good paring knife, and I love these cutting boards. Silicon cutting board. You would think I'm getting an endorsement on it. I love them so much. Honestly, they are a great idea. It works and I like it. It can help you out. I hope I can because they are a good thing to have. You're going to need Mr. colander, which I always seem to forget in all of our videos that we don, but I got them now for when we drain our peppers. Just a regular baking pan. We're going to put some tin foil on top of this. For some reason my tin foil is not here. Anyway, over here in the back we're going to need a sauce pan, and we're also going to need our big skillet to cook up our meat and stuff."
