"Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now I'm going to make all the stuffing ingredients together to prepare the stuffing. You can use meat or turkey or grated chicken for the stuffing if you wish. This, tonight I'm just going to show you the vegetarian style. We are going to mix all the ingredients. I have 2 cups cooked rice which 1 cup of non cooked rice. This is a medium onion it does not have to be purple it can be white or any other color. I have used 1 1/2 cup of celery, salt I'm just going to put about 1/2 a teaspoon. The pepper is about 1/3 of a teaspoon, paprika is 2 tablespoons and I'm just going to mix it all together. I'm going to stuff it in here, it has a nice color and that is how it should look."
