"Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now we are going to go through the ingredients that we need for the stuffed peppers and zucchini. We would need 3 peppers. It does not matter if you like red pepper better or yellow pepper. I took the dark green peppers and 3 zucchinis. We would need a cutting board, a knife, salt, sea salt, 2 tablespoons of oil. I put some pepper it depends on the taste. If you like more peppery, then you put more. If you don't like so much, then put less. 2 teaspoons of paprika, diced onions, and diced celery. I put here a bowl for the trash when we are going to clean the pepper and the zucchini inside we are going to put whatever we don't need inside. A pot with a lid, it is important that the pot will not be to big and it would be high enough. You can always take a pepper and just measure cause it is important that the pepper would not go out of it or get to the top of it cause the sauce is suppose to almost cover the pepper and 2 cups of rice."
