"Hi, I'm Leah Schaefer and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make my party dips. So the last thing we're going to add to the mixture is a good handful of that Italian cheese blend and some Parmesan. Okay and just stir it up and let all that cheese melt. (stirring mixture) That looks good. I'm going to take my clean spoon and taste it to see if we need more salt and pepper. I think it can use just a little more salt and maybe a couple more cracks of pepper. Sprinkle that sea salt over it, pepper and maybe a little bit of parsley. Give it one last stir. Okay it looks good. Go ahead and spread it out in the pan and like I said before, this cast iron skillet is going to keep it warm so we'll go ahead and serve it out of that. So today we've learned how to make our sausage pizza dip and our spinach and artichoke dip with sausage and water chestnuts. Both of those will be served with our garlic toasted baguette. Thank you so much for tuning in and for your time. I hope that you can add these dips to your rebatrah and bring them to your next party."
