"Hi, I'm Leah Schaefer and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make my party dips. So the artichokes have really started to combine well with the sausage, water chestnuts and the garlic, now you're just going to add the spinach. Now that spinach has drained down quiet a bit and we just have kind of a little lump of spinach. As we're adding it, we're just going to break it up and you'll see that it is not watery at all which is a good thing. We don't want to water it down, we want to make sure we add the cheese, it's nice and rich. (adding the spinach in the mixture) Okay and give it a stir. Now at this point I want to go ahead and add a little bit of salt and pepper, but mine is sea salt. Just going to pour it over and we're not going to need a lot because there's so much cheese in this. Cheese is already salting and some pepper."
