"Hi, I'm Leah Schaefer and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make my party dips. So while the garlic and water chestnuts and sausage are sauteeing together, you're going to take some of the artichokes and they're still packed in the liquid. We're just going to give a squeeze, get some of that extra liquid out. It's okay if you crush them a little bit, we're going to chop them up anyway and we'll take just a few more out. We're going to use most of the can, this is a fifteen ounce can. Give that another squeeze and we're just going to run our knife through there really coarsely chopping them. So I'm going to keep some big chunks for texture, but we don't want anyone to get a whole artichoke on their baguette when they're dipping it in there. Okay and we'll run through just one more time. Alright and we'll start adding the artichokes to the pan. One more, okay and just give that a stir and we'll give that a few moments to saute and combine before we add the cream cheese. "
