"Hi, I'm Leah Schaefer and on behalf of Expert Villag, I'm going to show you how to make my party dips. So our dip is all cooked and combined, it has that nice pretty pink color but it has the green in there from the spices and you can also see some red pepper flakes. Okay, we're just going to go ahead now and put it into a dish and we'll be ready to eat it. I'm just going to take my spatula and this is heavy, you're going to want to make sure that you scrape the sides out completely so that you're not missing out on any of that dip. This is going to go fast, so you're going to want to make sure you get everything you can out of it. Okay, and it looks good, I'm just going to take the back of our spatula and spread it out so it's smooth and that is going to be a great dip to enjoy with a garlic toasted baguette."
