"Hi, I'm Leah Schaefer and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make my party dips. So we've browned up the sausage and we've added the fennel and the garlic to it. Now it's time to add the cream cheese. I just have an eight ounce package of cream cheese. I'm just going to cut in a couple different spots and cut it four times or so. This is just going to help it mix in a little bit better. So we'll cut it one more time right down the center. I'm going to give this about ten pieces to add to the pan. You put the pan back on the burner and now we've gone ahead and turned it down to between low and medium, kind of in the low end heat. We don't want to burn the cheese but we do want to make sure it melts into the sausage. So we'll just take a couple of pieces and start out with two and start stirring around in the sausage. Remember cutting it up into little pieces and adding in a little bit at a time, it's going to mix in really well with the sausage a lot better than if we have just added in the whole block. So it's looking good. Go ahead and add two or three more pieces. I'm just going to continue to stir it. And now that half of it is mixed in we can go ahead and add the other half into the mixture and just distribute it evenly throughout the pan and keep stirring to combine it. I know it looks really thick now but when we add the tomato sauce, it's going to make it into more of a dip consistency. That's starting to look good. The next thing that I'm going to do is add the tomato sauce."
