"Hi, I'm Leah Schaefer and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show you how to make my party dips. So I'm going to go ahead and turn on my burner to just pass medium and we're going to brown up the sausage. Now I used up a little too much oil before so I'm just going to take my left over oil from the baguette and swirl it around the pan. We'll do about a tablespoon or so and I will just take my spatula and spread it around so that the pan is evenly coated. We don't want the sausage to stick too bad. Now it is going to release a good amount of its natural oils and fat so it really shouldn't be too sticky. So we'll dump the mixture of hot Italian and that little bit of country sausage in there. Here it comes and we will just take the spatula and break it up. I'm going to start breaking it up and this will just take a few minutes to get brown. (breaking it up and browning the sausage) So as the garlic cooks along I'm just going to continue break it with my spatula and this is coming along nicely. I'll take just one more minute or two and what I'm going to do is just crank up the heat really quickly here and just get kind of a nice shear a nice color on it and get rid of any of the pink that's left over. Okay that is looking good, now we're going to finish cooking this with some garlic in a minute here. It's okay if its still a little bit pink. For now we'll just move off to the side and we'll check on the baguette. "
