"Hi, I'm Leah Schaefer and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make my party dips. So for the baguette, we're going to go ahead and pour some extra virgin olive oil into a bowl and that olive oil is going to help crispy them up and make sure they get toasty. Now we just take our pastry brush, dip it in the oil and we will just brush it across each of the pieces. And we're also going to flavor it with some garlic, but we're going to wait until they have cooked in the oven and gotten a little bit of golden brown and toasty before we add the garlic. That's going to make the garlic flavor really mild, we're just going to rub the garlic across it. You're just going to want to make sure you coat the whole top, the whole surface. It will kind of soak up into these little holes here and I'm just using a baguette loaf that I got at the grocery. I'll go ahead and finish brushing the rest of these and then we'll pop them in the oven. So I've brushed all of my baguette with the olive oil and I just worry about one side, we don't have to worry about the bottom. It'll be against the pan and they'll toast up nicely. So I'm going to pop it into my oven that I've preheated to four hundred and fifty degrees and we're just going to kind of keep an eye on that and let it go for, we'll check it after about three minutes or so and when it turns brown, we'll know it's time to rub the garlic on it."
