"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to make shrimp cocktail. Another simple elegant way to serving, I was trying to cut a cherry tomato to make a little rose out of it but I didn't realize it wasn't tomatoes that my mom use to cut like that, it was radishes. So I didn't have any radishes and maybe you don't have any special garnishes to make it fancy. But you have beautiful shrimp and let me show you something. If you build this shrimp up all on top of each other and make the actually make the shrimp something to do like this. It will look so pretty for you, what you want to do is try to get the tails to try to come out so that the tails are coming up almost like a nice building almost. Look how nice that looks. What you want to do then is get a orange slice, cut it down the middle and you can just actually turn it like this and put it in like that, it gives it a little look of fancy bonash if that is a word. We're going to have to find out and just a little dollop. I was trying to say two words at once I do that a lot. But there it is I mean that's a simple elegant and beautiful, shrimp cocktail on Expert Village."
