"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to make shrimp cocktail. I'm going to put a nice heaping amount of, I wouldn't say 1/3 of horseradish but I like a lot of horseradish so if you're like me you can go 1/3. That is almost 1/3 but start mixing it, that is pretty much be a cocktail sauce. I need a little squirt or two of fresh lime juice and to give it a little kick boom, I add a nice amount of hot sauce (Tabasco sauce) You know what I'll tell you sometimes I make enough of this stuff and I actually put it inside of my bloody Mary's when I make them, with the ketchup. People say ketchup, I put it right in there with the tomato juice and vodka a little celery stick and you got bloody Mary's with your shrimp cocktail. A nice brunch starter. So that is it, look how easy that is it, taste it MMMM that is good, it come out great every time. So you can either do this or a couple of things in your fridge and probably have and make it fresh, I say make it fresh. Shrimp cocktail here on Expert Village come back and I'll show you how to serve it, I am hungry are you?"
