"Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to show you how to make shrimp cocktail. So you see we have them all descaled, deshelled, deveined, I put them in here, here was the bag that they came in just take a look, look how nice the clean up is. Do like this everything is self contained, throw it in there right into your garbage. Come over here though let's give these a rinse under the sink some cold water and they're just big beautiful shrimp give them a nice rinse. Just to get maybe off any shell or particle that I didn't see and once they are rinsed they are pretty much ready to go. So now we are going to get our pot of boiling water that water was hot actually, turn it on it's going to actually start boiling in a second. We want to get it to a rolling thunder of boiling water. When we come back we're going to add our spices and our shrimp and I'll show you how fast this is to make, shrimp cocktail on Expert Village."
