Ingredients Needed to Make Shrimp Cocktail

"Hi! This is Richard Buccola here in New York City and on behalf of Expert Village, today I am going to show you how to make Shrimp Cocktail. Alright, so I just want to talk about the ingredients. You are going to need to get some fresh shrimp and I will talk about how to buy it but for right now, I have a pound of shrimp. A pound of jumbo shrimp is going to serve about 4 people giving them like 4 or 5 shrimp each. It is expensive and we will talk costs later. So a pound of shrimp you need to serve a few friends coming over. It is a great way to have friends come over and say here's a glass of wine. Here is a little something. I've got dinner in the kitchen but mingle. It is a nice way to get people in your house and a little snack to keep them full. So getting back to our ingredients. My water, I'm just going to put some bay leaf when I boil my water, that is how I am going to cook them. I am going to put in some pepper and salt, a little garlic powder, a little seasoning salt and a little Rosemary leaf. As far as the shrimp, all you have to do is boil them in the water so there is your ingredients. Cocktail sauce; you can go out and make a cocktail sauce and I think it is a $1.69, very cheap or today I could just show you how to make it fresh with some ketchup, horseradish and fresh lime and some of course kicker, that's the hot sauce.
