"Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now we are going to go through the ingredients for Middle Eastern cookies. The are not sweet but salty as you are going to see soon. We are going to start with 2 1/4 cup of flour, 1/3 cup of oil, a teaspoon of salt, 3/4 teaspoon of baking powder, 3/4 teaspoon dry yeast, sesame seeds a 1/2 cup of sesame seeds, 1/2 cup of boiling water and 1/2 teaspoon of ground caraway seeds, a mixing bowl, a pan, and a baking sheet. A knife which would help use later on with the shaping of the cookies."
