"Hi, I'm Rachel for Expert Village. Now we are going to put toppings on the pretzels. Today we are going to take the coarse salt as I mention before you take a egg and we just scramble it. It is important to scramble it long enough so it is not to stringy. You would be able to brush the pretzels nicely. We are going to brush the pretzels with the egg. I wanted to mention, I'm going to mention it again if you like it plain you don't like salt on top you can just leave it plain and it is delicious like that to. But we are going to put on all of them the salt. I'm going to take the salt and sprinkle it on top. You don't have to worry if it is going around it is not going to stick to anything if it is not on top of the pretzels it is just going to be thrown with the paper later on. Once we finish with this we are going to put it straight in the oven. The oven is preheat it already to a high temperature as I mention before 425. We are going to place it in for 15-20 minute depends on your oven. If you make them smaller, if you shape them smaller size then it needs only 8-12 minutes. But if you make it bigger of course it would need a longer baking time. This size needs around 15 minutes and we are going to put it in the oven until it gets a nice light brown color then it is going to be ready."
