"Time for more pastry, and more cheese. It's an awards show party, so it's got to be some decadent food. This is just puff pastry, which I defrosted overnight in the fridge, or if you're in a rush to use it, just take it straight out of the freezer, and defrost it on the counter. But if you don't want it to get quite that warm and use it that quickly, then get it to defrost in the refrigerator. You saw I just very, very lightly dusted my rolling pin with some flour so that it doesn't stick. I don't want to roll this out too much, because if it gets too thin it gets extremely hard to handle, this puff pastry. Yes, you can make your own homemade puff pastry, but it takes so much time in folding layers of butter and flour over one another that, I mean, sort of all that effort I feel like would discourage me from all the fun I was planning on having at my party. Okay, that is rolled out evenly and not too, too much, so it'll still be easy to handle. Now, let's work on the toppings."
