"Hi, this is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today I'm going to show you how to make my homemade onion rings and homemade dipping sauce. OK, so now we're ready to add our dry ingredients to our egg and milk mixture. So let's do that real quick, just kind of dump that in there. OK, so now what we're going to do is we are going to whisk this until the flour disappears and it's nice and smooth. So, I know it is a lot of whisking and I hope you have the strength to do it because we have to make it smooth. So, you might be here for a couple of minutes doing that so I'm just going to keep whisking this and you can see how thick it is. We want to make sure that the flour has disappeared. So, let's just whisk this for a couple of minutes till it is nice and smooth. And, it's already smoothing out can't you tell? Look at that, it's just a little bumpy. You want to get some stuff off the sides here. Let's keep whisking that around. Wow, that hurts my arms actually. I'm just going to keep whisking the batter. It actually smells pretty good. OK, I think we're, I think that's pretty smooth actually already, let's give it another ten seconds. It's nice and thick, OK, I think we are ready to go. You can see how nice and smooth that is and all the flour is gone. Maybe a little bit on the sides here but that's OK the main part of it here is nice and smooth. So what we are going to do is we are going to let that sit for fifteen minutes or longer. However long it takes to prepare the actual onion rings before we dip them in the batter so let's go on to making our onion rings."
