"In this demonstration we'll show you how to apply vehicle graphics and decals. In this section I'm going to show you how to apply vinyl on top of vinyl. For example, we're going to try to put flames on this police car. I have these here, white vinyl, with a regular paper masking. I'm going to take this off, using the hinge method we're going to apply it dry. Firm pressure. We're going to peel this right off. Now that we have the back part of the flame put on, I'm going to show you how to put the other part. The two part vinyl. When you add the second layer it's better to use the clear masking so that you can see what you're doing. Now this is all the dry technique. You want to simply take it and eye ball where it needs to go and push one corner down. Once you have it in place, take your squeegee and just squeegee it all the way down. Pull back the masking. There you have it. Make a police car look faster."
