"In this clip, we're going to talk about the proper service procedure to rebuild a front brake caliper. In this step, we're going to talk about the proper service procedure to reinstall the brake pads on our caliper. The pad that goes on the caliper, exactly, is this pad right here. This is your outboard pad and the butterfly clip holds these retaining pins tight to the caliper. There's an easy way to do it. You just take and line it up and give it a squeeze, just like so. You're going to want to take a look and make sure the clip is seated in the groove there and there. Once we have that pad settled onto our caliper, we're going to take and install the inboard pad. Pay particular attention to make sure that the steel backing is facing out. Go ahead and slip that on the back of the caliper bridge just like so. We're now going to take our caliper and slip it onto the rotor assembly, just like so. Once we have our caliper mounted back on the caliper bridge and around the rotor assembly, we'll take and slip in our guide pin. You can see the particular shape of the guide pin. It's more square on the bottom and more pointed on the top. The pointed spot is going to force out away from the caliper. Get that one started and start the bottom one in the same fashion with the pointed side pointing out away from the caliper, just like so. Take particular care not to overdrive the guide pin. If you overdrive it, you may compress the locking tabs and leave that guide pin open to slide through the back of the caliper, so make sure you just drive it down till the clips hit the caliper bridge. That is the proper service procedure for installing your brake pads and mounting the caliper with your guide pins."

on 8/24/2008 when you do something on the car out of view. stop the camera and take a close up shot from a different angle then go back to your normal shooting angle. in this clip you should show the caliper bridge. close ups and wide angles make the video more interesting and also clearly show all areas you speak of. thanks.
