Drivers Licenses & Time Slips for NHRA Racing

"Hi, I'm Tina Stull and I drive the Top Dragster for Interstate Batteries. On behalf of Expert Village I'm here to walk you through the process of filling out the forms so that you can compete in the NHRA. Another thing that you do need to have is you need to also have a legal driver's license. So as long as you have a clean record on your driver's license and they're not concerned about tickets and stuff. There are some concerns that they have with other things but as long as you have a valid driver's license, that's also needed for, in order to gets licensed within the NHRA. Once you do that you are ready to go racing. So as your filling out your application form, they are going to ask you for time slips and I have some old time slips here but this is what you're looking for. For the first one, you want you're ET, or your elapsed time, and that's going to be this number down here, the 1/4 mile would be 8 - 9 - 1 - 3 and that's what you would put here. Your MPH is going to be that next number and you're going to put that up here. Then they're going to also ask you for the date and where you raced and this is Thunder Valley Raceway Park which happens to be in Noble, Oklahoma"
