"TINA STULL: Hi. I'm Tina Stull, and I drive the Top Dragster for Interstate Batteries. On behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to share my thoughts on being mentally prepared for a run. So, remember in the morning, if your stomach gets to bother you, find a combination of something. I know lot of the pros they eat chicken soup and saltines. But they're getting those calories there so their body can respond and rebound when that adrenaline comes 'cause if you're running four or five rounds in one day, you don't want to be exhausted by the end. There is wear and tear and with time, your body will recoup a little bit faster but you really need to make sure that you're taking care of yourself."
