"Hi, my name is Tina Stull, and I drive the top dragster for Interstate Batteries. On behalf of Expert Village, today I want to talk about the driver's equipment. And when you put them on, this of course isn't a real racing suit, it's just a jacket, but when you put them on, make sure that you cover the gap, that it goes over your suit, and that way you have greater protection. And then you can adjust it with the Velcro straps to whatever is most comfortable. As you can see, they're very different. The leather will kind of--one nice thing that I like about the weather is that with time it forms to your hand, and it really fits like a glove. With this one, it's a little bit cooler and it's got a little bit more grip on it from the start, and a little bit more knuckle protection. When it comes to the arm restraints, they're pretty standardized except a lot of guys actually have them sewn onto their jacket so that they don't have to put them on each time. I use this style because I like it and I'm accustomed to it. A lot of times whatever you start out with, once you get used to it, you just prefer to keep it that way and change. The nice thing though about sewing them to your suit is that they don't have a chance to get lost, and I definitely have lost those before."
