"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to show you how to make Spanish Style Chicken Noodle Soup. It's almost been twenty minutes but the white vegetables are not quite cooked yet and I'm still going to place now the rest of my vegetables in there which are the calabasa and the banana. Okay, I'm going to place that in there like this and let it boil for the remainder of the time. It's going to take another maybe possibly twenty minutes. It takes time to cook a chicken soup. Not a long, long time if you don't use these kind of vegetables you can substitute them. And, I'm going to discuss with you right now how you can substitute different vegetables. You don't have to use these vegetables, they may take a little longer. But, you can, instead of using the white, sweet boniato you can use the sweet potato. And, if you don't want to use the plantain you can use a yam. Or, you can use different kind of potatoes in there and you don't have to use yucca either. But there are several types of vegetables that you could use in this soup here."
