"This is Chef Michael Hable with Expert Village and today we are going to be making beer cheese soup. Looking at our soup it looks a little bit light in color. So it needs to be a little bit more orange color. So what I'm going to do is add some more cheese cause I do like my cheese soup cheesy. So I got about another cup and a half of cheese, I'm going to add that in. We would warm this puppy up and we can add our bacon here at any time. So let's grab our bacon, we would add that in there. That is looking better. You just want to let this simmer for about a minute and we should be done."
