"This is Chef Michael Hable with Expert Village and today we are going to be making beer cheese soup. The next thing we are going to need is we are going to need grated cheddar cheese. So we are going to put together our food processor. I have a little grater here with my food processor. I'm going to put a safety lid on it. For your people that don't have a food processor all you have to do is go and get one of these handy dandy little things and grate it by hand. We are going to take the cheese, we need 2 cups of cheese. So I'm going to grab about 2 cups and turn our food processor on. Put our bowl underneath it a handy dandy spout. Grate up our cheese. I need just a little bit more cheese. That should do, that is about 2 cups of cheese. If you like your cheese soup a little bit more cheesier you can go ahead and more cups or more cheese. You can probably add another cup of cheese and we are going to look at our soup. That looks really good and we should be ready to add our cheese."
