"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to show you how to make Spanish style chicken noodle soup. You know I love fresh corn and the nicest thing about this soup is that it has nice fresh corn. Never use frozen cause it does not give that same flavor. Use this fresh corn from the super market and you clean it up underneath the water like this. Notice it has a lot of stringy stuff on it but you just clean all that stuff off and you have yourself a nice corn. Look how yellow and pretty that corn is. Don't chose the one with the red and the yellow just straight up yellow. Again not frozen fresh. You just going to clean it up like that again under warm water. I'm going to take it over here and I'm either going to sometimes I do that, some people like to use a knife and cut it in smaller pieces. But I'm going to leave it like this. I like this size cause I like a nice piece of corn in my soup."
