"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to show you how to make Spanish style chicken noodle soup. Another vegetable that we use a lot is called bonato . It is a white sweet potato, we fry it sometimes and stuff like that. Just like a yellow sweet potato this is very very sweet and it is used a lot in our soups or we fry it like I say, fry it really thin and make chips out of it. Yuca before I was introducing yuca, yuca also there is also such thing of yuca chips. So there is such thing of bonato chips and yuca chips it is delicious. But we use it in our soups and they are vegetables. Here we have our calabaza. That is what we call calabaza it is a not a squash, it is not pumpkin though. We use this a lot in our soups we use it in split pea soups, we use it in something called garbanzo bean soups and chicken soup again and meat soups which I'm going to use it today. So clean it out and we use it in our soups. "
