Cooking Equipment Needed for Spanish Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe

"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to show you how to make Spanish style chicken noodle soup. I'm adding water now in this pot. I'm using this pot, this is the one that I like to cook my soup in but I would show you different types of pots that you can use. I don't want to over flow it because I'm going to need some space to put in my corn that I boil with the chicken when I'm doing my soup. So I'm going to place this here. I'm going to place my other stuff and then we can talk about the different pots that you can use. You don't have to use this pot here this heavy dutch pan, you can use a smaller pot like this if it is a small amount of soup or you can use a bigger one. This pot here which is a nice big pot to cook soup in. So you can use any of these you know and you would get a nice soup out of them. So I'm going to go ahead and boil my chicken and I'm going to place it on medium high first. That is the first thing I'm going to do."
