"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to show you how to make Spanish style chicken noodle soup. I'm going to add a little bit of vinegar to my chicken to clean of any you know excess fat or germs off my chicken. It is always best to use some kind of acid, you know acidity kind of stuff on chicken like lemon or lime or vinegar to clean the chicken. Use it under warm water like this and I just said I was going to leave some skin. I think I would leave a piece of this skin here with some of my fat but you see all this stuff here you want to take all that off. You don't want any of that in your soup. When you boil it, it is going to come up any how and you are going to clean the soup and I would show you how. But you want to go ahead and clean some of that off. Take your time cleaning it all, rubbing it off. You don't want any of this in your soup cause it just becomes really like a lot of stuff in it. It becomes nasty. Even though you can use a strainer later on and strain out anything that you don't like in your soup when you are boiling the chicken you can do that also."
