"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to show you how to make Spanish style chicken noodle soup. We are going to start with the chicken and I'm going to explain to why I have chosen this kind of chicken for me. I like to use white meat and dark meat in my chicken, in my Spanish style chicken. People use, everybody can use like different types of stuff in the chicken but there are people who use actually the neck and there is also styles of chicken soup that they use the chicken feet. They boil the chicken feet, Jamaican actually prefer the chicken feet in the soup. That is their style. There is a Ireland soup also, Spanish Ireland style soup. So I'm going to go ahead and clean the chicken okay and I"m going to leave some skin. I'm going to take off some skin. I want a little bit of chicken fat in there in my soup because I like the flavor of it when I'm cooking this soup. But I'm going to clean the chicken."
